What do I use as a reference on my deposit?

For the reference on your deposit you can use either your account number or your login name.

Why do I need to FICA?

We currently don’t offer horse racing, however in future it will be available

I just made a deposit but haven’t been credited?

You need to email or fax the proof of payment to support@voltbet.com or0866 476 002. Once payment confirmation is received it will be credited to your account. This will be done during support hours which are 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am -1pmSaturday. Please make sure correct reference is on the confirmation. See what do I use as a reference on my deposit? above. Please note we will not credit any account without confirmation of payment.

Do you accept telephone betting?

Unfortunately we do not offer telephone betting, any bets need to be placed through our website. www.voltbet.com

I qualify for a bonus, when does it get credited?

Any bonus that is requested will be paid into your account within24hours from the time of the request. This is applicable to any bonus that is running at the time.

I can’t login to my account, your account is disabled please contact support?

There are only two reasons that this message will come up. Either your account has been disabled because it has not been verified. Please see why do I need to verify my account? Or it was requested to be closed by the client.

I forgot my username and/or password?

If you forgot your username, email support from the email address you signed up with or supply us with your details and we will email you your username. If you forgot your password please use the Lost Password link below the login on the website.

When do you result an event?

We try to result the events as they happen, however late evening or early morning events will resulted by 8am.

How long does it take to process a withdrawal request?

A withdrawal is processed from Monday to Friday; your withdrawal will be processed the following working day, provided your account has been verified.

When I select an event to place a bet on, what are all the other options at the bottom of the bet card and what do they mean?

This are for multiple bets, the explanations of the terms can be found in help and betting terms.

What’s the minimum and maximum amount I can place on abet?

We accept a minimum bet of R1 and maximum is dependent on the sport and event.

Once I placed a bet, can I reverse or cancel that bet?

This is not normal practice; however in extreme cases we will consider the request and cancel a bet.

Does Voltbet have spread betting? If not will it be available in future?

Currently we don’t offer this but will be available in future.

What does “Patent” mean?

Please see betting words explained under the “Help” menu.
